The Chairman of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Subsidiary Legislation, Osei Kwame Prempeh, has given a free legal advice to the Auditor General, Richard Quartey, to resign honourably or be �legally forced out� following his conduct in the Ghc51 million judgment debt.
