Central Regional Communication Director of the ruling NDC, Bernard Allotey Jacobs, has vowed that the NDC will not hesitate to go to the extent of �shaving off" the hair of Alfred Woyome and selling it to settle the judgement debt monies the state paid to him, if he is found to have defrauded government.
