Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. has described an official correspondence written by National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr Kwabena Adjei to President Mills and copied to ex-president Rawlings, founder of the party as �a string of lamentations�.
