New Nkrumah Should Undergo DNA Test CPP

A leading member of the Convention Peoples Party (CPP), Dr. Nii Moi Thompson, has said he would not dismiss outright the legitimacy of Dr. Onsy Anwar Nathan Kwame Nkrumah, as a son of Ghanas first President, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. Dr. Anwar, a previously unknown son of Dr. Nkrumah, in an exclusive interview with Citi News revealed that he is truly the second child of the pan-Africanist as a result of his relationship with another Egyptian woman, Isis Nashid, who is still alive in Egypt. He has, however, been challenged by the CPP and another son of Dr. Nkrumah, Sekou Nkrumah to undergo a DNA test to prove he is not an imposter which he says he will not subject himself to. Speaking on the Citi Breakfast Show on Thursday, Dr. Thompson, said the party or family should reconsider their stance. I will not go so far to dismiss it outright because as much as I am Nkrumahist, I do not know where Nkrumah was or what he did in all the times he travelled, he said. Fortunately, we have science on our side we can put him to the test. If he refuses to do it, then we can write him off. He said the resemblance of Dr. Onsy Nkrumah to the Nkrumah brood was not enough proof that he is Dr. Kwame Nkrumahs legitimate son.
