Newly confirmed Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah has assured Ghanaian football fans that his doors will always be open to advice or criticism. He said he will run an open system where players and officials can make suggestions that could help steer the national team to greater heights. Appiah is taking over from sacked Goran Stevanovic, after what officials termed poor performance at the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea. To say I was shocked, personally, I will say no because I have been at this position before, but I will do my possible best to make sure success is been fulfilled.
