The Ghana Statistical Service has announced its decision to postpone the release of the 2010 Population and Housing Census figures. A statement signed by the acting Government Statisician, Dr. Philomena Nyarko and copied to RadioXYZonline.com, said the �final results of the 2010 Population and Housing Census cannot be released on April 30th, 2012 as originally scheduled.� The statement further said the �GSS is doing all it can to complete all stages of the census data processing as soon as possible.� According to the GSS �a new date for the release will be announced in due course.�
