Al-Ain striker Asamoah Gyan will continue with his UAE employers when the season resumes, Daily Guide Sports can confirm.
A source close to the player has revealed that the reigning UAE league champions have purposed to increase his purse in the coming months.
Gyan joined Al-Ain from Sunderland on loan and has been impressive, hitting the back of the net 22 times since arriving in the oil-rich country.
He is going nowhere, he is comfortable with his current employers and everything points to the fact that he is staying, said the source.
His club is in talks with him to increase his purse in an attempt to tie him permanently, the source added.
The former Udinese/Rennes, who player withdrew his services for the Black Stars temporally due to wild criticisms from the sporting family, is set to make a quick return to the national side.
Clubs from Europe and other parts of the world are said to have expressed interest in the Ghana forwards services.
Meanwhile, the Asamoah Gyan Foundation has pledged its unflinching support for the forthcoming Stars Soccer Fiesta scheduled for the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi, on June 24.
