Various stakeholders and civil society advocates have given thumbs up to CPP Presidential candidate, Dr Abu Sakara, on his delivery at the IEA Evening Encounter with Presidential Candidates. The Director of Research and Policy Institute of TUC, Kwabena Nyarko-Otoo, said he was impressed with Dr Sakara's plans and policies. For his part, the Campaign Co-ordinator at ISODEC, Dr Steve Manteaw, said Dr Sakara discharged himself creditably, scoring him 98%. For the Ghana Mental Health Association, Dr Sakara was simply superb. The Ghana Federation of the Disabled says though it was impressed with Dr Sakara, it regrets that he does not seem to have a plan for the disabled. Meanwhile, the Ghana National Association of Teachers, Kwabena Anderson, says though Dr Sakara an agronomist, focused extensively on agriculture he was unable to spell out clear programmes and policies towards rescuing the educational sector.
