Member of Parliament for Lower Manya Krobo Michael Teye Nyaunu, has rubbished allegations in some section of the media that he is campaigning for the New Patriotic Party in his constituency adding that it is a political agenda by the NPP to ruin his political reputation.
The MP is alleged to have campaigned for the NPP at a prayer festival organized by the NPP parliamentary candidate in Upper Manya Krobo last Sunday but he denied the allegations contesting that � I am also a parliamentary candidate so why will I campaign for my opponents�, he asked.
Mr. Teye Nyaunu however told Gold news that he concedes shouting the party slogan of the NPP because the program was organized by the NPP. He emphasized that this move was to demonstrate that being in different political parties does not make us enemies. Politics is not about fighting or war�.
He therefore blamed the NPP for having hidden propaganda machinery with which they want to destroy his political reputation.
