Cadres Pledge Unflinching Support For President Mills

The Chairman of the Cadre Forum, Rapheal Roger Beckley, has decried actions by some prominent personalities within the NDC to tarnish the image and personality of President Mills. He regretted that some elements within the party have taken advantage of their constitutional rights of association to form a new party. Mr. Beckley made this known during an interaction with the media on recent developments on the Ghanaian political landscape. He said the cadres remain steadfastly rooted in their unflinching support for President Mills and the NDC. Mr. Beckley said some of these actions are simply aimed at dividing the ranks of the NDC towards the party's quest of winning the 2012 general elections. An executive member of the forum, Kwabena Nyaku, reminded all of their duties as cadres and asked that they bury their differences and work towards victory in the upcoming elections. He exhorted members to close their ranks and seek the greater good of the party.
