The National Propaganda Secretary of the NDC, Richard Quarshigah, has refuted claims by the NPP that President Mahama cannot be trusted when he promised to construct the Cape Coast stadium and the Kotokuraba market. Mr. Quarshigah said the NDC government had demonstrated enough commitment to expanding infrastructure in the country and improving the general level of living standards of the citizenry. He asked what the NPP government was able to do in three and half years when the party was in government.
