Ghana midfielder Amidu Salifu is eyeing a place in the Catania first team this season and he believes he has what it takes to excel at the highest level.
�I know I will make some appearances this season and I hope to give my best when I get the chance,� Salifu told Goal.com Ghana.
The youngster who is on a long season loan from Fiorentina played 13 times for the senior side last season after excelling with the Primavera side.
The 19-year-old made his Serie A appearances for Fiorentina against Cagliari on April 23, 2011. He had previously played for Vicenza.
