Reports from Tamale say, the floods that devastated some parts the Northern and Upper West-Region yesterday has claimed three lives.
The Chief Executive Officer of SADA, Gilbert Iddi, who disclosed this to GBC�s Radio Ghana described the situation as threatening and scary.
