Parliament has approved a � 7.6m loan facility to finance the provision of solar powered street lights across the country. Presenting the report of the joint committees on Finance and Roads and Transport, the Vice Chairman of the Committee on Finance, Alfred Abayateye said the project will go a long way to reduce the spate of road accidents.
