The Progressive People�s Party (PPP) yesterday witnessed a massive turnout at its campaign tour of constituencies in the Volta Region.
Led by the party�s presidential aspirant, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, together with some national executives, the PPP team visited a number of constituencies in the region where it assured the people in the region of bettering their lot when voted into power.
The party�s first port of call was the Anlo constituency where an enthusiastic crowd of residents gathered at Anlogo to welcome Dr. Nduom and his team. And many of the residents who thronged the place where heard saying �PPP is the real alternative to the NDC/NPP.�
The party used the occasions to swear into office about 1,701 polling station executives from five communities into office.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Nduom appealed to the people in the constituency to vote massively for the PPP and its parliamentary aspirant for the area, Francis Tamakloe, who was later introduced to the people.
According to Dr. Nduom, a PPP administration will provide Free Compulsory and Continuous quality education from kindergarten to senior high school.
