Police Investigates Childrens Death In Abandoned Vehicle

Police have started investigations into the death of the four Children who died on Wednesday in a vehicle at a mechanic shop in Okponglo, Accra. A boy and three girls, aged between two and 12 years were believed to have been playing in the vehicle when they suffocated to death. The Legon Police Commander, Chief Superintendent Frank Anning told Citi News that no suspects have been named yet. Maybe the children were able to open it but once they got in, the car locked itself from the inside. If it were to be transparent, passers-by would have seen them but because it was tinted, no one saw, he said. He noted: The post mortem to be done by the pathologist will determine our next line of action. As at now we have not decided to incriminate anyone. We have to do thorough investigations before we take someone on.
