A political analyst and researcher at the Institute of African Studies, University Of Ghana, Dr. Michael Kpessah-Whyte, says it is difficult to pinpoint who former President Rawlings is referring to as the "evil dwarfs� surrounding the President. He said Mr. Rawlings is concerned about party unity that he does not want to mar the unity in the party by calling the names of the so called evil dwarfs. He advised former President Rawlings to at best stop engaging in partisan politics and play the role of a statesman.
