A Party Propagandist Can Be Forgiven For Making Illogical, Bizarre & Nonsensical ArgumentsBut Not Nana Addo

A member of the Governments Communication Team, Felix Ofosu Kwakye, says he has no room in his heart to forgive flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo who he deems as an astute politician when he goes to town making nonsensical arguments and tagging President John Mahama and the ruling party as corrupt. He bemoaned how the countrys democratic dispensation has paved way for seasoned politicians, including the likes of the NPP flagbearer to make illogical allegations. To him, when an uninformed party propagandist engages in such level of discourse, that person can be forgiven, but not when the person making those spurious allegations is aspiring for the highest office of the land. It is bad enough when party propagandist, uninformed party propagandist engage in illogical, bizarrenonsensical argumentsyou can forgive that. But when the leader of a party, somebody you expect to exude substance, somebody who wants to lead this country and occupy the highest position of this land lends himself to that thinking, it makes me regret this democratic dispensation that we are in, the NDC communicator noted. Kwakye Ofosus caustic remarks were borne out of earlier assertions by the NPP leader who said he has a clean record when it comes to corruption, has doubts about President Mahamas ability to deal with the canker and that the current government was making corruption an attractive venture. At a public speech he delivered at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology last week, Nana Addo posited that the sitting president is involved in the "two most controversial international transactions that he led" and highlighted the failed STX Housing Project with the South Korean company and the purchase of the Embraer 190 jet. But Felix Kwakye considers Nana Addos pronouncement as not only outrageous but one that defies logic. How can you tell me that merely because an agreement with a Korean company to construct houses fails, President Mahama is corrupt? he asked.
