I'll Be So Disappointed If Nana Konadu Does Not Contest As President - Kwesi Pratt

Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr has encouraged former first Lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings to go ahead with her ambition to become President of this country. He said even though he will not vote for her, it will boost the level of democracy in the country and moreover, Ghanaians will see her smoothness level. Former first lady and wife of former President Jerry John Rawlings resigned from her position as the Second Vice Chairperson in the National Democratic Congress (NDC). According to her, her resignation was to pave the way for her to begin the process of filing nomination to contest the flagbearership race of the National Democratic Party (NDP), the breakaway party of the NDC. Speaking as a panelist on Peace FMs morning show Kokrokoo with host Kwami Sefa-Kayi, Kwesi Pratt said: I will be so disappointed if she doesn't contest as President of this country. She really needs to become a presidential candidate of this country; she is of a sound mind and she is a citizen of this country so nothing stops her from becoming President. We need to see her smoothness level on December 7. I wont vote for her but others will so she should keep her ambition up. We plead with you, Nana Konadu, please dont change your mind. Go ahead
