The NDP says it will resort to every legal means to compel the EC to rescind its decision to disqualify the party from participating in the 2012 elections. Speaking to Radio Ghana�s Current Affairs programme Decision Time, the Communications Director of the party Dr Hilarius Abiu said contrary to the EC's claim that the NDP failed to meet its demands, the party left no gaps in the filling of the nomination form. Also on Decision Time, a member of the NDC Communication Team Akyena Brentuo was full of praise for President Mahama for his insightful delivery at the IEA Evening Encounter on Thursday. Meanwhile, former interim General Secretary of the NDP, Dr Manboah Rockson says he is not surprised that the NDP failed to submit its forms to the EC. He says the neglect of the knowledge and experience of people in the party is the reason for the party's problem.
