The Electoral Commission (EC) has called the bluff of the flagbearer of the National Democratic Party, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, who has threatened to sue it in court over the rejection of her nomination form.
The Commission said it is prepared to meet Nana Konadu in court any time soon, saying �she has no case�.
It explained that the NDP flagbearer�s form contained major errors.
�the NDP has no case� a highly placed source at the EC told the Ghanaian Times yesterday in reaction to the threat by the party to take legal action against the Commission for rejecting its nomination form.
The National Executive of the NDP on Friday, challenged the EC to explain the circumstances leading to the disqualification of its flagbearer.
The NDP asserted that anything short of that would compel the party to go to court to seek for injunction.
