Brong-Ahafo Regional Minister, Kwadwo Nyamekye- Marfo has advised politicians against personal attacks on their opponents but rather discuss issues for their supporters to take a cue from them to ensure peace during the coming elections. Mr Nyamekye-Marfo was addressing Muslims at this year�s celebration of Eid-Ul-Adha festival at the Sunyani Coronation Park. He said political activists should not misconstrue the concept of democracy as disrespect for authority but rather respect the views and opinions of everyone in the society. The Dwantoahene of Sunyani Traditional Area, Nana Takyi Abeam said it was God who appoints a leader and appealed to the leadership of political parties in the Region to ensure that peace prevail during this electioneering.
