The much anticipated Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) Presidential debate between four presidential candidates with representations in Parliament - President John Dramani Mahama of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Nana Akufo-Addo, flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Hassan Ayariga, flagbearer of the People's National Convention (PNC) and Dr Abu Sakara of the Convention People's Party (CPP) - has begun. The four presidential candidates will have the opportunity to debate each other in three rounds of debate, and will have three minutes each to answer questions which cover issues on the economy, social sector, and private sector development and industrialization.
