Nana�s Wife Mobbed In Kumasi

Wife of New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Rebecca Akufo-Addo was on Friday mobbed by enthusiastic NPP faithful and market women in Kumasi. The incident occurred when she visited the Kumasi Central Market to encourage the market women to campaign vigorously to help Nana Akufo-Addo win the impending polls. Mrs. Rebecca Akufo Addo, who was accompanied by party bigwigs like Patricia Appiagyei, Fred Fredua Anto and other NPP gurus, was given a rousing welcome by the charged market women. The security detail of Mrs. Akufo-Addo had a hectic time controlling the NPP supporters that were highly elated. Mrs. Rebecca Akufo Addo said the party�s flagbearer had answers to all problems facing the country. She noted that Ghana was deteriorating due to poor management of the state by the current administration and stressed the need for the citizenry to vote for the NPP. She stated emphatically that the free SHS policy of Nana Akufo Addo was feasible, admonishing the populace not accept the lies being peddled by the members of the NDC on the proposed programme. The NPP flagbearer�s wife insisted that Ghana�s future depended on the ability of the state to properly educate the youth of the country, urging the electorate to massively vote for the NPP. Mrs. Akufo Addo stated that her husband was on the number three position of the ballot paper and entreated the electorate to cast their vote for the NPP to help transform the state. The wife of Nana Akufo Addo also met queen mothers at the central market at the KO Methodist School where she entreated them to put their trust in the NPP. At the Georgia Hotel, she encouraged the NPP constituency women organizers to intensify their campaign to help the party win the elections.
