Ghana's U-17 women's national team have been nominated by Caf for the 2012 Women�s National Team of the Year prize. The Black Maidens, bronze medalist at the FIFA U-17 Women�s World Cup Azerbaijan 2012 face competition from African Women�s Champions, Equatorial Guinea Nigeria�s Super Falcons for the honours. The feat by the Black Maidens is the furthest by any African side at the FIFA U-17 Women�s World Cup. Caf announced the nominees for the rest of the categories for this year�s GLO-CAF Awards. The winners for the year under review will be announced at the Caf-Glo awards gala at the Banquet Hall, State House, Accra on 20 December 2012.
