The Founder of the New Vision Party (NVP), Prophet Daniel Nkansah has revealed he expects to secure an injunction against the elections scheduled for Friday, December 7th. Prophet Daniel Nkansah has been battling the Electoral Commission (E.C) over bribery allegations where two officials of the Commission, including the Director of Elections Isaac Asomaning, have been accused of taking bribes from the Prophet. Prophet Nkansah in an interview with Citi News, said he was awaiting a response from his lawyers to pursue the case. �Last week, they [lawyers] went to the Supreme Court but were unable to sit so they said they will file another hearing notice to the Electoral Commission so I am waiting for my lawyers to serve the EC and give a date to go to the Supreme Court,� he stated. Prophet Nkansah further opined, �I am on my right path and I believe that [by] Monday or Tuesday we will go to the Supreme Court and make sure that we put an injunction on the EC because I have to see to it that Afari Gyan, Asante Kissi and Asomaning have to step out before we vote on the 7th of December�. �If they are there we cannot have free and fair elections because they have all taken bribe from Prophet Nkansah,� he added.
