Star actor turned producer/director, Van Vicker has premiered his latest production, �Joni Waka� at the Silverbird Cinemas in Accra. �Joni Waka� is the fourth production from his Sky Orange Production and was shot in Kumasi. The movie which won the 2012 Nollywood and African Film Critics� Awards (NAFCA) for Best Comedy is also in the running for 5 awards including Cinematography, Best Picture, Best Actor In A Lead Role (Van Vicker), Best Music � Original Score and Best Directing Local Language at the Ghana Movie Awards scheduled for December 25. In �Joni Waka�, Van Vicker mixes the feel of local language comedy with some canons of good quality production, that sees him meeting with funny actor, Agya Koo.
