The Ministry of the Interior has declared Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26, December as statutory public holidays to mark Christmas and Boxing days respectively.
A statement signed by Mr William K. Aboh, Minister of the Interior, also declared Tuesday January 1, 2013, the New Year day, as a statutory public holiday.
It asked all to take note of the days and observe the holidays as such throughout the country.
