Ace broadcaster, Gifty Anti Launches New Studio

Ghanaian ace broadcaster, Gifty Anti has unveiled a new state-of-the-art studio for her award winning women-oriented chat show, The Stand Point. She launched the studio during her annual end of year soiree for The Stand Point, which is going into its fifth year. The occasion was attended by several of the show�s regular guests, family and friends. Gifty, who was thankful for the support she had received from her contributors over the years, shared her success story and the challenges that have come with it. She was particularly thankful to God for bringing her such success and recognition for the show, which has not only won her awards but can now be seen across Europe on Klear TV via Sky TV. The Stand Point is a TV program that highlights human issues particularly concerning women in the areas of health, education, development, community among others. Some past guests shared their experience of appearing on the show at the launch. They included an HIV patient who talked about how her life had changed after first appearing on the show in a disguise to now sharing her story publicly and working with the National AIDS Commission to educate people on anti-retroviral drugs and other HIV related issues. There was also a couple who shared their story on how to live with an epileptic partner in the face of stigma and superstition, and raising a family together.
