Former Hearts of Oak coach C K Akunnor has denied reports linking him with a move to Asante Kotoko as assistant coach.
The former Ghana captain was sacked by Hearts in November after a string of poor runs in the Ghanaian top flight.
Reports have been circulating in the local media claimed the Porcupine Warriors have began talks with Akunnor to take a role as assistant coach at the Baba Yara Stadium when Didi Dramani�s technical bench is dissolved.
But the former VfL Wolfsburg winger says he is yet to be officially contacted by Kotoko.
�I have not been contacted by any Kotoko official and I just heard this as a rumour too,� Akunnor told Accra-based Happy FM.
�I was out of town and I just got back and started training a lower division side to keep me active.
