National Organizer of the NDC, Yaw Boateng Gyan has revealed on Okay FM�s Ade Akye Abia morning show that whiles the ruling party was training its polling agents to be vigilant, the NPP was rather counting on the Electoral Commission of Ghana to train their agents. �They unnecessarily blamed us for training soldiers at the Shai Hills when in actual fact, we were training our party agents�, he said. The incessant allegations by members of the New Patriotic Party that the NDC used fraudulent means to win the 2012 elections, has been debunked by Yaw Boateng Gyan, who claims that whilst they were feverishly preparing for the 2012 general elections, NPP members were busily joking and flattering themselves. According to him, it was quite unfortunate that a formidable party like the NPP failed to attach the much-needed attention to a general election. "If truly the NPP have evidence to back their claims that we used fraudulent means to win this election, they should go to court. We will also go through our documents and ensure we give proof to show we won cleanly�, he vowed. Yaw Boateng Gyan urged NPP sympathizers to disregard what their leaders have been telling them that the Supreme Court will reverse the EC's decision and declare Nana Akufo-Addo as President. �If you walk into any contest with bad thoughts, you end up messing up your own home�, he addded.
