Nana Oye Lithur, Minister-designate for Gender, Children and Social Protection says she does not belong to any political party but however supports the vision of President John Dramani Mahama. She has emphasized that she is not a politician but agreed to the nomination because she agrees and fully supports the Better Ghana Agenda of President Mahama and therefore wants to be part of it. �I am not a politician in the sense that I do not belong to any political party. I agreed to be in this position because I believe in the president�s vision. I believe and fully support the better Ghana Agenda. I believe that it is time to look at transforming our economy and our country. We can do it and I want to be part of that team that will build on what our predecessors have done. The NDC social charter talks about people. It says that people matter, you matter and everybody matters and I believe in that and that is why you see me here though I do not have a party card��she said at the ongoing vetting of Presidential nominees.
