Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, Hon Eric Opoku has promised to work hand in hand with the chiefs and people of the region to bring the development that is needed. Paying a courtesy call on chiefs of the Brong Ahafo Region as a way of starting his duties, he said he will continue the good works of his predecessor with additional projects which will change the face of the region. Hon Eric Opoku admitted that it will be difficult to do the work alone; adding, with the support of the Chiefs and people in the Brong Ahafo Region, the development they so yearn for will be achieved. According to Oheneba Kennedy, Peace FM reporter in the Brong Ahafo Region, Hon Eric Opoku was in the company of the former Regional Minister, Mr Kwadwo Nyamekye-Marfo. Mr. Nyamekye Marfo, on his part thanked the chiefs for assisting him when he was the regional minister and requested that they give the same help to Hon. Eric Opoku. He vouched for the integrity and hard work of Hon. Eric Opoku who was his deputy when he was the Brong Ahafo regional Minister, adding he will be able to discharge his duties assiduously.
