If You Know You Voted For The NDC, Stand Up And Be Counted

NDC sympathizers and activists who voted for President John Dramani Mahama in the 2012 presidential elections, have been asked by the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Lawyer Kwadwo Afriyie, to assemble at a point and be counted by him to testify if their numbers matches the figure announced by the Electoral Commission of Ghana as votes gained by the NDCs presidential candidate. Sir John made the somewhat ludicrous statement on Okay FMs "Ade Akye Abia" show during an interview with the host about the aftermath of the 2012 general elections. According to Sir John, ever since the commission in charge of Ghanas electoral matters announced the results, he has been finding it hard to come to terms with the number of people the EC claims voted for President Mahama. In his estimation, the presidential candidate for the NPP, Nana Akufo-Addo, managed to rake in a percentage of 59.6% with his closest challenger, President Mahama polling 39% of the total votes cast. Everyone understands Nana Addo won the elections hands down and no one doubts he is our president. For this simple reason, you find it really hard locating the people who claim voted for President Mahama in 2012. The stolen numbers have metamorphosed into human beings and that was what the EC announced. That is why we can't find the 3 million peoplewhere are they? and I want to meet them" he said.
