Justice Kpegah Is Just Wasting Our Time - Ogbamey

Managing Editor of the defunct Gye Nyame Concord newspaper, Alfred Ogbamey, has described Justice Francis Kpegahs writ against Nana Akufo Addo as a way of just trying to create deliberate mischief. According to him, it is a waste of time for the former Supreme Court Judge to pursue such a case in court because I am convinced in my mind that Nana Akufo Addo is a laywer. Justice Kpegah over the past few days have been receiving a lot of flaks following his accusation that the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the 2012 elections, is not a lawyer and that he is impersonating one William Addo Danquah Akufo Addo who is on the roll of lawyers as number 1190. According to Justice Kpegah, Nana Akufo-Addo is holding himself out as a lawyer when evidence available to him proves otherwise. However, Alfred Ogbamey feels the learnered Judge had it wrong on that score. Speaking on Peace FMs morning show Kokrokoo, Alfred indicated: He is a fine lawyer but he is becoming quite controversial and sometimes wrongly so. Justice Kpegah is aware Nana Addo is a lawyer but he is just wasting everybodys time. He knows but he is pretending in law not to know. He is pretending that Nana Addo is a different person, in law and different from William Addo Danquah Akufo Addo; so far as I am concerned, he is just wasting our time Alfred added.
