Only Madmen Would Respond To Stinky Claims By Justice Kpegah - Sir John

NPP General Secretary,Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, says he would feel like a man insane if he is to respond to claims by Justice Kpegah that Nana Akufo-Addo isnt an astute lawyer in Ghanas judicial history. Lawyer Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie who is also known as Sir John, unleashed a number of salvos on the former Supreme Court judge claiming that it would be difficult for a toddler to change his or her mind on Nana Addo based on Justice Kpegahs infantile argument. A retired Supreme Court Judge, Justice Francis Yaonasu Kpegah on Tuesday March 19, at an Accra High Court sued Nana Akufo-Addo for holding himself as a lawyer when his name was not on the roll of lawyers in Ghana. According to Justice Kpegah, evidence available to him from different sources including the General Legal Council proved that Nana Akufo- Addo is not a lawyer as he claims by impersonating one W.A.D Akufo-Addo who is on the roll of lawyers as No. 1190. He also indicated that checks from the Ghana School of Law confirm that Nana Akufo-Addo has never signed the matriculation book to prove that he was enrolled in the Ghanaian law school. He also stated in his writ that Akufo-Addo is not known to have changed his name neither had he been installed anywhere in the country within the meaning of the 1992 Constitution and the Chieftaincy Act. But speaking to Okay FM on the issue, the NPP top notch noted that responding to Justice Kpegahs claim is equal to going on an errand for a man insane. He continued that only bad air surrounded issues Justice Kpegah brought on board. "Let us stop urging him (Justice Kpegah) on. He is only interested in bringing stinky issues on board. I know little children would even agree with me that his claims are baseless. "Responding to him is like following a madman. You are equal to a madman if you should do that. This is the same man who came up with the unknown deputy Chief Justice of Ghana title, he said.
