Government is to establish an Enterprise Development Centre, EDC, in Takoradi next month to support and build the capacities of Small and Medium Enterprises, SMEs, in the oil and gas sector. Speaking at a day's conference on the establishment of the Centre, the Minister of Energy and Petroleum, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah said this will equip the SMEs with the requisite skills to enable them meet the requirements in the industry.
