General Secretary for the National Democratic Congress, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has questioned the virtue of NPP members insisting that it is a political party made up men and women who have absolutely no respect for God or Allah. According to him, both Muslims and Christians in the party find it extremely hard to tell the truth and had the effrontery to look into the eyes of God and tell lies. �These people (NPP) are bold enough to tell lies after they have sworn with the Bible or Quran�, he said on Okay FM. He stated that it was wrong for functionaries of the NPP to deliberately misinform Ghanaians that the NDC was reengineering itself for re-election albeit the court not saying so. �You can dress a camel like a horse but that doesn�t make it one. If this is their thinking, then I would want to urge them on,� he directly told the NPP. Asiedu Nketia revealed that Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, who happens to be the General Secretary of the NPP once informed him that �they were jubilating and deliberately making headlines� because they know it would scare the NDC.
