Hearts of Oak pushed up to sixth on the Glo Premier League standings after defeating bottom side, Real Tamale United 2-0 on Wednesday in Tamale.
The defeat was the already relegated side's 20th of the season as Phobian captain, Mahatma Otoo struck both goals in the first half.
Mahatma, who is leading the scorers chart now takes his tally to 15 after opening the scoring in the 26th minute.
He followed up with the second 14 minutes later to seal victory.
RTU, still winless in as many as 25 games have now conceded 56 goals since the start of the campaign.
