�Ghana Stands In Worship� On July 13

Come July 13, all roads will lead to the Accra Sports Stadium for the much hyped historic gospel music concert dubbed �Ghana Stands In Worship� which will feature prominent gospel music icons from Ghana and beyond. The concert being organised by Imajin Advertising in partnership with Bernard Blessing Ministries will be one electrifying worship moment where Christians will be drawn closer to God through pure worship. This is the first in the series of praises and worship concert designed to promote quality worship and praise to the Almighty God among generations today. The gospel concert will witness a gathering of believers of the gospel from all walks of life as well as a variety of artistes who out of the fullness of their hearts, worship and praise the Almighty God in truth and in spirit. �The purpose of �Ghana Stands In Worship� is to win souls for Christ and to extend the love of God to humanity. God is the very embodiment of love. It is God�s love for us that drove Him to give His life for us. We are God�s representatives here on earth and so it our duty to extend that love to those who need it,� one of the organisers told BEATWAVES in a chat. The concert which is also expected to attract a large number of music fans across the country will feature some selected award winning gospel music icons from Ghana, United States of America and some parts of Africa. The gospel icons billed to perform at the event include three times Grammy awards winner, Donnie McClurkin from the United States, the Nigerian-born but South Africa-based Uche Agu and Mthunzi Namba from South Africa. Others are Rev. Bernard Blessing, 2013 Gospel Album of the Year winner, Cwesi Oteng, Rev. Eric Kwapong, No Tribe, Miriam of MTN Hitmaker fame and Mary Ghansah.
