Lovers of fashion and precious stones can now get the most sought after international design brands right here in Ghana as J.Clo Boutique introduces a wide range of up market designer clothing and authentic precious stones and jewellery. Invited guests had an exciting time on Saturday, June 8, at the boutique which is situated at the Ground Floor of the Marina Mall where they sampled various labels at display including Sandro Ferrone, Space Concept, Atos Lombardi, Forever Unique and many other notable exotic brands. Owned by the enterprising duo of Hala R. Halawai and Maya A. Youssef, the boutique will focus on high - end trendy fashion and jewellery products for women of style and class. The entrepreneurs say," the idea came about because of our love for fashion. Our concept is different because we combine both jewellery and women clothing. Most shops in Ghana have only clothes or shoe shop or only jewellery shop. We want J.Clo to automatically be on the minds of people when they need a place to shop for women". Joy Emeke is a member of the organizing team at the grand opening of the boutique which was spearheaded by Potpourri Productions. In an interview, she expressed excitement about the success of the programme and encouraged people to invest in jewellery. "there has been a lot of unexpected first time buyers who made a lot of purchases from J.Clo Boutique and others also made reservations for various products to be collected at a later date, things cannot go wrong with jewellery because the value always appreciates and never depreciates ".
