Former NPP Constituency Chairman, Omari Wadie, claims the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has done something fishy relating to the on-going election petition case before the Supreme Court that is why President John Dramani Mahama and Deputy Minister for Information, Felix Ofosu Kwakye, could boldly claim victory ahead of court ruling with one even betting his life on it. According to him, the behavior of Dr. Afari Gyan in the witness box to deny all the things he had earlier admitted give cause for worry. He further stated that from the very onset, Dr. Afari Gyan was sincere during his examination-in-chief but has now started lying and contradicting himself in court. Speaking on Okay fm he alleged that something has happened between Dr. Afari Gyan and the camp of the NDC thus leading to the EC boss being so picky in his answers to queries from Lawyer Philip Addison. He further alleged that the NDC has planned to financially induce the Nine Justices adjudicating on the case to impede justice. He therefore prayed the judges to consider the plight of those suffering under the current administration. �I am telling the Supreme Court that Ghana, our destiny is in the hands of the nine judges; it is their plan to give money to the nine judges. It is their strategy and that is what they are doing now�.
