The Supreme Court on Friday ordered Isofoton to pay back the judgement debt it received in 2011 in a case brought against the company by former Attorney-General Martin Amidu.
However Spanish firm Isofoton SA has issued a strong indication yet that it will not heed the Supreme Court�s ruling ordering it to refund about $400,000 to the state.
