Hearts of Oak striker Mahatma Otoo caps a fantastic year with the Golden Boot in the Glo Premier League. Otoo's hat-trick in the Phobians' 3-0 victory over relegated Tema Youth took his tally to 20 goals. He topped the goal chart as the season came to end on Sunday after 30 games. Though celebrating an impressive season, the Phobians captain was two goals short of the 12-year record [22 goals] set by former Hearts of Oak striker Ishmael Addo in the 2000/2001 season.
