Considering Nana Akufo-Addo's Age And Health...He Must Not Run For 2016 Ben Ephson

Pollster Ben Ephson says main opposition presidential candidate in the 2012 elections, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo must quit active politics. Ephson suggests the former Attorney General and Justice Minister rather invests his stature and influence toward helping his party become a formidable one ahead of the 2016 elections. The counsel comes on the heels of Ghanas Supreme Courts verdict on Thursday which endorsed John Mahamas presidency. Nana Akufo-Addo and two others resorted to the apex Court to challenge the 2012 presidential results after the Electoral Commission declared Mr. Mahama winner on December 9 last year. Nana Akufo-Addo accepted the Thursday verdict but said he disagreed with it just as he was disappointed about it. He announced that he will take some time out of the political limelight, reflect on issues and later announce his future political plans.
