Speaking to JOY FM (aired on the business segment of the 6 o'clock news and 8 o'clock business news this morning, Wednesday, 11/9/13), the new CEO, Mr. James Eric Antwi, said Starbow could relocate their business to other countries such as the Ivory Coast.
