Former President Jerry John Rawlings has fired up Ghanaians to speak up against corruption wherever they find it.
He made this clarion call when he was giving his acceptance speech at a congregation at the University of Development Studies on Saturday, where an honorary doctorate degree was conferred on him, for his personal contribution to the establishment of the school.
