Ollenu Ashitey Extends Hearts of Oak Contract

The midfielder has put pen to paper to remain with the Phobians till the end of the 2015-16 season and he hopes to help win laurels for the Rainbow club. Hearts of Oak midfielder Ollenu Ashitey has extended his stay at Hearts of Oak for a further two years. Ashitey, whose deal expires at the end of the 2013-14 season, feels elated about the new deal and hopes to give his best under the umbrella of the Rainbow club till the end of the 2015-16 season. �It feels good to play for Hearts and I�m happy to extend my contract. I hope to win titles for the team and hopefully this season we�ll make our fans proud,� Ashitey said to Goal. The midfielder scored two goals and made seven assists for the Phobians last term. He is looking forward to start more games this season after starting most of his matches from the bench. He added: �I�m not bothered because it is the coach who decides. It�s all about team work and once others can do it with my support why should I be worried.�
