Lets Aim At Achieving Total Dev�t � Rev. Dr. Essilfie

Ghanaians have been urged to let their experiences guide them to achieved total development. �It is only when we see ourselves as one people devoid of ethnicity, religion and political affiliations that we can reach where we are heading towards without any hindrances on the way.� The Presiding Elder of the Africa Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, Winneba District, Rev. Dr. Emmanuel K. B. Essilfie, said this in an interview with newsmen after a special thanksgiving service and prayers to climax the churches 50 days of prayers, festival and founder�s day. The programme was on the theme, �Building a legacy for God: united as a team to fulfill our dream.� Rev. Dr. Essilfie said the festival was part of the vision of Right Rev. Dr. Seth Osebisa Lartey, the 100th Presiding Prelate of Western West Episcopal District of the AME Zion Church, for the church under his jurisdiction to go into 50 days fasting and prayers to give thanks to the Lord for the Peace in Ghana, Cote D�lvoire, Togo, Liberia, and especially Ghana after the Supreme Court verdict over the 2010 election petition. He said the church had plans to establish an educational endowment fund, clinics, upgrading of the clinic in the Ashanti Region, set up a credit union, a bank and university to train teachers, nurses and ministers of God. Rev. Dr. Essilfie said that �if we live as one people, pool our expertise and talents and let God be our leader, we shall achieve the needed success in all our endeavors as a nation.�
