The charges just keep stacking up against Teresa and Joe Giudice. The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars, who already face up to 50 years in prison for 39 counts of fraud, walked hand in hand into the U.S. District Court in Newark on Wednesday where they pled not guilty to two additional counts � bank fraud and loan application fraud. "A lot is at stake here not only for Teresa and Joe but for their families, particularly the children," Joe's lawyer, Miles Feinstein, said outside the courtroom. "Henry Klingeman, who is an excellent lawyer, and myself and our staffs have been preparing and preparing and will continue to do so." While the couple's legal teams are focused on prepping for the upcoming trial, the family is doing what they can to stay positive. "They are holding up best as possible, but obviously they are concerned about their children, themselves, and it's a worrisome situation," says Feinstein of the couple. "We are all working together. They are helping us prepare, and of course they have anxiety for themselves and the family and especially for their children, but we have a united team." One thing that could be causing the couple even more stress? A possible deportation for Joe as a result of the charges. "We have confidence in our defense and ... hopefully that issue never arises because that's a tragic issue," says Feinstein. "I don't know if you can ever prepare for that," he continued. "We will do our best to prepare them just like we prepare for the case, but they have to be strong. The chain is only as strong as its weakest link and they have to be strong for their family."
